New Manager for the Naim Label |
Simon Drake has joined Naim Audio as label manager of the Naim Label.
Simon, who holds an honours degree in commercial music from Bath University, was recruited following Anna Tooth’s decision to move out of the music industry.
Simon began writing and performing music at the age of 11. By 19 he had recorded at Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios and was arranging and merchandising national tours as the vocalist of Bath based post-progressive rock group Syntax Error.
“Music has always been my greatest passion.” said Simon “I am determined to build on the enormous contribution of my predecessor, Anna Tooth. I endeavour to continue flying the flag for raw talent, while expanding the label's repertoire, working with a range of new artists and broadening the horizons, without compromising Naim’s drive for artistic integrity.” |
